At Kingwood Shutters Corp., customer satisfaction is our priority. because our products are custom-made to fit your home, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our craftsmanship.
Custom Orders
All shutters, shades, and closet doors are made-to-order and tailored to your specific measurements and preferences. As such, we do not offer refunds on custom orders once materials are purchased or production has started.
Cancellations
You may be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply to cover design, material, or labor costs already incurred.
Deposits
Deposits are used to initiate production and reserve materials. In most cases, deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Any exception must be approved in writing.
Repairs & Service Calls
If you are not satisfied with a shutter repair or service call, please contact us within 7 days. We will evaluate the issue and offer a reservice or credit when applicable. Refunds are not guaranteed on repair services, especially if damage is unrelated to our work.
Errors or Defects
If a product is delivered with an error or defect due to our fault, we will fix or remake the item at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping, scheduling, or vendor-related factors outside our control.
